In good company: Maria Pinto gives San Francisco the presidential treatment

Clique-Moanalani-Jeffrey-Maria-Pinto-M2057-Hilda-Kellen-5012 Clique-Moanalani-Jeffrey-Maria-Pinto-M2057-Hilda-Kellen-5121Designer Maria Pinto has had the privilege of dressing some of this country’s leading ladies. First Lady Michelle Obama to be exact, along with Oprah Winfrey and key characters on the season finale of Fox’s hit sensation Empire. The clothing from her new line M2057 is intended to empower women and take them stylishly through their busy multi-task filled days, no surprise then that I was drawn to it. The predominant high-tech textile in the line is a new take on an unexpected performance fabric. That combination with cut makes the pieces modern yet familiar.

This past Tuesday her popup shop opened its doors on San Francisco’s bustling Market Street just up from the Four Seasons. The designer and her team have been busy hosting events and holding personal styling sessions. Schedule yours and experience first hand what made Maria Pinto a favorite of the First Lady.
