Contesting A Receipt

 

In the event you feel a receipt was not processed completely or that a Receipt Rejection occurred that you disagree with, you can contest it through the following process:

 

  1. When you initially scan our receipt, make sure you are able to easily read the receipt and that it is straight and in good lighting. Bad scans are the largest reasons for Receipt Rejections.

  2. You must contest the receipt within 3 days of your submission of the receipt.

  3. You must submit a scan of the receipt through support@cliquemj.com

  4. Indicate which item is in question

  5. Make sure you are emailing us from your email address which matches the email address on your account.

 

Once we receive the email, we will process it and respond within 7-days.
